Booking Information
Please make sure the information you enter in this form matches your travel documents exactly. Depending on the type of travel, your travel documents may be a passport, government ID, birth certificate, etc. Also please keep in mind that all travel documents must match. For example, the name on your ID must match the name on your birth certificate. If they do not match, additional documentation may be required. If you are unsure which kind of travel documents will be required, please inquire with us at bifiworldtour@gmail.com to be sure.
NOTE: This form will only allow for up to 4 passengers information. If you are filling this out for a cruise, please fill out one form per stateroom. If this is not for a cruise, please fill out one form per hotel room. If you have more than 4 in a room or if there is not lodging in your proposal, please fill out as many forms as is necessary to include everyone.
